Senior Process Engineer
This Senior Process Engineer opportunity is designed for an experienced process engineering professional with deep produced water treatment expertise who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and leading multidisciplinary engineering reviews.
You'll take a key role in FEED verification, evaluating whether the existing engineering package is complete, technically sound, and ready to advance into detailed engineering.
What You'll Do
- Lead FEED verification activities
- Review PFDs, P&IDs, utilities, and equipment
- Evaluate produced water and recycle systems
- Review pumps, tanks, filtration, and chemical injection
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering reviews
- Lead process hazard and risk reviews
- Identify technical, safety, and environmental risks
- Recommend corrections and mitigation strategies
- Lead the Final FEED Verification Report
- Support transition into detailed engineering
What You Bring
- 10+ years of process engineering experience
- Extensive produced water treatment experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- FEED, detailed design, and EPC experience
- Hydraulic modeling/process simulation experience
- Strong multidisciplinary leadership skills
- Excellent client-facing communication
