Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Comfortable providing both direct and indirect services to students of varying needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to support onsite or, for the right candidate and opening, possibly virtual service delivery
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other support personnel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized interventions for students
  • Deliver both direct therapy sessions and consultative services to meet diverse student needs
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team consultations
  • Collaborate with school staff, engage in professional development, and contribute to a positive learning environment
