Rochester Residence and Care Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Service Director to join our team at Rochester, PA . As an integral part of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of services and maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our residents.

About the Role

As our new Environmental Service Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our environmental services department, including housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our residents receive exceptional care and services, while also maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. This will involve managing a team of staff, coordinating services with other departments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents, employees, and visitors

• Manage and supervise a team of environmental services staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent performance

• Develop and manage the department budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and efficient use of resources

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, and state/federal health and safety standards

• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures to promote resident satisfaction and well-being

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors, ensuring that their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally

Requirements
