Front desk receptionist will be responsible for answering telephones, booking appointments, verifying insurance,greeting patients, checking in and out of patients, pulling and filing of charts,maintaining properly alphabetized chart room, scanning medical records, be hippa compliant for both medical and electronic medical records. Entering data on computers, taking telephone messages and giving to appropriate person, calling patients to remind of appointment, also sending out postcard reminders, medical coding. The ideal applicant will be able to multitask all while giving superior customer service. This individual must be able to be a team player and help create and continue a pleasant working experience for all employees.
