$19/Hour (Weekly Pay)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and assist with the check-in/intake process.
- Collect and process co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles; issue receipts.
- Manage cashier box and daily deposits according to company policies.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist walk-in patients and visitors.
- Maintain, scan, file, and prepare medical records for scheduled appointments.
- Process medical record release requests and maintain required logs.
- Ensure correspondence and documentation are scanned/filed accurately and timely.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of related experience , including data entry.
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate filing and recordkeeping skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
