Key Responsibilities\n \n Build and maintain a trusting and supportive relationship with clients through active listening and empathetic engagement. \n Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and create tailored treatment plans based on each individual’s unique circumstances. \n Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. \n Monitor client progress continually and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes. \n Utilize evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques to employ in sessions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and systemic therapy. \n Document session notes and maintain accurate records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. \n Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists for referrals and comprehensive care of clients when needed. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The therapist in this role will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n \n Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Colorado is mandatory. \n A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n Demonstrated ability to conduct both individual and group therapy. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient settings, is strongly preferred. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital record-keeping systems to streamline service delivery. \n A background in crisis intervention or working with trauma-informed care approaches is highly desired. \n Strong organizational skills alongside effective time management practices to balance caseload and administrative tasks. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The annual salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
