Server (Zoo)

Kona Ice of Lake Murray

We are looking for motivated and charismatic servers to join our local Krew. Servers must be at least 16 years old. This is a fast-paced and fun job in a growing company where each day will never be like the last. This server position is for the Kona Ice station inside Riverbanks Zoo. This position is seasonal from March - October and will typically be 20-30 hours per week.

Kona Ice Server Responsibilities:

Arrive safely to scheduled events on time and greet customers courteously

Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy

Take customer's orders, enter order information into the point-of-sale terminal and accurately process payments

Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines

Perform basic cleaning of trailer and surrounding area

Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking

Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation

Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff
