Hamlin House is a 28,000+ sq. ft. Florida-inspired social and racquet club in SoDo, featuring premium pickleball, vibrant dining, events, and an elevated hospitality experience led by Chef John Fraser and JF Restaurants .
We’re looking for a hands-on Sous Chef who thrives in a high-energy environment and is ready to lead, develop a team, and help shape an exciting culinary operation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Lead daily kitchen operations and service
- Oversee food quality, prep, ordering, and inventory
- Train and develop BOH team members
- Drive food and labor cost control
- Support restaurant, café, bar, events & grab-and-go operations
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Lead by example and bring energy to every service
- 2+ years of Sous Chef or culinary leadership experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for great food and hospitality
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Florida food safety certification required
$70,000–$75,000 based on experience
