Our Massage Therapists create personalized, restorative experiences that help guests relax, recover, and feel their best while delivering the exceptional hospitality and service that define the Woodhouse brand. We welcome both experienced therapists and motivated new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a luxury spa environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional massage therapy services customized to each guest's individual needs, preferences, and wellness goals.Consistently follow all Woodhouse treatment protocols, service standards, timing guidelines, and established procedures to ensure a safe, consistent, and exceptional guest experience.Conduct thoughtful guest consultations and recommend appropriate massage services, enhancements, and frequency of future treatments.Perform massage modalities within the therapist's training, certification, and scope of practice.Create a relaxing, professional, and comfortable environment while maintaining appropriate guest boundaries and confidentiality.Maintain accurate guest service notes and documentation as required.Participate in The Woodhouse Way, vendor education, team meetings, and ongoing training opportunities.Work collaboratively with Guest Services, fellow service providers, and spa leadership to provide a seamless guest experience.Support spa goals related to guest retention, rebooking, retail, memberships, and overall guest satisfaction.QualificationsCurrent Nebraska Massage Therapy LicenseGraduate of an accredited massage therapy program.Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, massage techniques, sanitation, and professional standards.Warm, professional, and guest-focused approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.Ability to perform multiple massage services during a scheduled shift while maintaining exceptional service standards.Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.Woodhouse Perks & BenefitsCompetitive pay of $30–$45 per hour based on experience and services performedOne week of Paid Sick TimeGenerous employee discounts on spa services and retail productsParticipation in paid training programOngoing professional education and opportunities to expand service knowledge and skillsOpportunity to work in a new, state-of-the-art luxury spa.Beautiful, fully equipped treatment rooms with linens, products, supplies, booking, and guest support provided by the spaOpportunity to build a loyal guest following and grow professionally as part of a new Woodhouse Spa teamCompensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hourAbout Us: Founded in 2001, Woodhouse is a premier spa franchise with a fresh approach to self-care.
