Operations Supervisor

We’re hiring an Operations Supervisor to support and oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle and driver management, maintenance coordination, and service quality control. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone with automotive experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to think fast under pressure. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day operations of the driver and vehicle fleet Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and insurance claims Monitor service quality, revenue performance, and team productivity Manage and train new drivers , and support performance recognition programs Organize driver groups into efficient, manageable clusters Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures Collaborate cross-functionally to solve issues as they arise Qualifications Degree or diploma in Automotive, Business, Human Resource Management, or related field Valid driver’s license Proficient in basic computer tools (MS Word, Excel, etc.) Experience in fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and insurance processes Hands‑on experience managing technical vehicle issues and driver operations Strong problem‑solving skills in operational and incident scenarios #J-18808-Ljbffr
