Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A specialty pharmacy is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to support weekend coverage at their Cold Spring, MN location. This role offers an ongoing opportunity to apply your expertise in a long-term care and retail pharmacy setting during weekend shifts.
Location:
- Cold Spring, MN
Schedule:
- Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform long-term care and retail pharmacy duties
- Dispense medications accurately while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Provide patient counseling and immunizations as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy
Desired Qualifications:
- PharmD or equivalent degree preferred
- Immunization certification required
- CPR certification required
- Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus
- Experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy settings
- Strong communication and patient service skills
