Responsibilities: Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and other activities of daily living (ADLs) Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately Transport and accompany clients to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities Administer medications and follow health care protocols as directed Foster independence, dignity, and community inclusion for all individuals served Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and care team members Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or in a related field preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) About Us: WE SUPPORT YOU LLC is a dedicated support services provider based in Oak Ridge, NJ, committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities through compassionate, personalized care.
