A Helping Hand Home Care is a locally owned and award winning home care agency proudly serving seniors throughout Northeast Georgia for 15 years. Our caregivers provide compassionate support that allows seniors to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

We are currently hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs for all shifts.

Caregiver Duties

• Personal care assistance

• Companionship and conversation

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Light laundry

• Medication reminders

• Transportation to appointments or errands

• Assistance following hospital or rehab stays

Work Environment

Caregivers provide service in:

• Private Homes

• Assisted Living communities

• Hospitals or rehabilitation facilities when needed

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License

• Reliable Transportation

• Willingness to travel up to 20-mile radius from Gainesville, GA - Flowery Branch, Oakwood, Braselton, Lula, Clermont, Gillsville, Murrayville, Buford, Dawsonville.

• Ability to pass 10-year background check

• Ability to pass finger print check

• Ability to pass Drug Screening

• CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Current TB test

• Mobile phone device that supports the ability to download apps

• Bonus - Experience caring for seniors or working as a Caregiver, CNA, PCA or Home Health Aide, not required as we are happy to train compassionate individuals

• Bonus - Knowledge of WellSky - not required but a bonus if knowledge of usage
