Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
Assist with food preparation tasks and assembling ingredients to streamline kitchen operations.
Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe dining environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including equipment and utensils, throughout each shift.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen workflow.
Assist with catering events or special meal preparations as needed, ensuring high standards are upheld.
Qualifications
Training will be provided.
Experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or culinary setting is a plus
Experience working in fine dining environments or catering is highly desirable.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
