Presentation Associate

Job Overview Williams Lea is hiring for Presentation Associate positions at its Downtown Columbus office. This role works Monday to Friday from 4:00pm to 12:30am. Pay is $21.32 per hour plus a 10% shift differential. Use tracking software for all presentation work. Meet contract deadlines with clients. Perform quality assurance on own work and/or work of others as requested. Use equipment and supplies in a cost‑efficient manner. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum three (3) years of presentation experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment. Technical proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); strong keyboarding and typing skills. Experience with Adobe PDF and Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to apply intermediate knowledge of grammar, spelling, and composition to work requests.
