Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in state of license
• Completion of Endodontic Residency Program
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients
• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
