Capital Vacations is expanding in Sedona, AZ, and we are seeking elite Sales Executives who excel in high-touch, face-to-face environments and are driven to perform at the highest level.
This is not an entry-level opportunity—this is a career path for top-tier closers who expect their results to be reflected in their income.
Compensation & Earnings Potential
- $150,000–$400,000+ first-year income potential
- Uncapped commissions up to 18%
- Accelerated bonus structure (max bonus achievable at ~$110K production)
- Weekly base pay plus monthly performance bonuses

Your Role
- Deliver engaging, high-impact presentations showcasing luxury vacation ownership opportunities
- Quickly build rapport and establish trust with discerning clientele
- Identify client needs and present tailored financial solutions
- Execute a proven, high-conversion closing process
- Consistently exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences
