About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead its day-to-day operations and oversee multiple large-scale projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure sustainable growth and high levels of client satisfaction. This role involves optimizing project and process management, contributing to the tender strategy, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Dutch construction industry, with a background in operations or project management, and experience in property, building, or project-based construction development. Strong people management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and fluency in Dutch and English are essential.
