Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team! You will be working with children through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students collective and individual needs.

You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.

Our teachers must:

• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all state guidelines and implementing all corporate guidelines.
• Communicate directly and effectively with parents and administration on a daily basis.
• Maintain a FUN and interactive classroom that is CLEAN and ORGANIZED!
• Have a passion for the growth and development of the precious children in our care.
• Be dependable and have excellent references.
• LOVE spending the day with the children in our center.

Qualifications

• State training hours completed or willing to complete within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma/GED AND 1-year experience working in a licensed childcare facility preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 18 years of age or older
