You will get to deeply know your elders and work with the team on collaborative solutions that lead to higher quality of life and greater staff satisfaction.What will I do as a Green House Homes Shahbaz/CNA: Certified Nursing Assistant? Be a member of a self-managed and providing care for our elders including cooking, laundry, housekeeping and personal care.Protect, sustain and nurture the elders by providing assistance with activities of daily living and meeting other needs. Assist elders in a manner that promotes a high quality of life and a positive elderhood. Shahbaz are the primary partners to the elders in day to day life and care. Shahbaz are in close and consistent relationships with the Elders and meet their needs as effectively as possible. Provide personal care and services and implements the Elder's care plan approaches.
