Registered Nurse

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment. Assess and triage patients as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide optimal patient care. Administer medications and monitor for side effects. Document patient assessments, plans, and outcomes accurately and timely. Participate in quality improvement initiatives as directed. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Demonstrate the ability to respond effectively in emergencies. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and standards. Participate in continuing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Valid RN State License Certifications: - ACLS - BLS - PALS - NIHSS Stroke Certification - CPI - Advanced Dysrhythmia Interpretation EKG Test Must-Have: - Annual TB Screening - COVID-19 Vaccine - Drug Screen - Background Check - Health Statement - Signed Job Description
