About the host The company specializes in bike rentals, guided tours, and outdoor experiences throughout New York City and other major locations. The organization focuses on creating memorable customer experiences through tourism, events, and community engagement while building a strong digital and social media presence. Responsibilities Represent the company at local public events, expos, and community activations Engage with attendees to promote services, tours, and customer experiences Distribute promotional materials and support brand awareness initiatives Capture and create on-location content for marketing and social media use Assist with customer experiences including tours, group outings, picnics, and VIP events Support day-to-day store and customer service operations Help coordinate event check-ins and participant logistics Ensure customers have a positive and memorable experience Create real-time content during tours and events for digital marketing purposes Support biking events, outdoor promotions, and local awareness campaigns Assist with flyer distribution and grassroots marketing initiatives Engage directly with the public to increase visibility and participation Attend at least one bike tour per week to capture engaging digital content Create short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels Participate in social media trends, creative storytelling, and campaign initiatives Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand campaigns and promotions Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, Media, Business, Hospitality, or a related field Strong interest in social media, content creation, events, tourism, or outdoor activities Comfortable being on camera and interacting with the public Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environments Proficiency with social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram Preferred qualifications Previous experience in content creation, customer service, events, hospitality, or marketing Familiarity with short-form video editing and social media trends Outgoing and energetic personality with strong public engagement skills What you'll gain Hands-on experience in experiential marketing and customer engagement Exposure to tourism, events, and social media marketing operations Opportunity to build a portfolio of digital and social media content Experience collaborating on public events and brand activations Professional development in marketing, communications, and customer experience strategy Location: New York City, New York (Onsite) #J-18808-Ljbffr Correspond LLC
