Lead Teacher

KinderCare seeks Lead Teachers for our Berkshire Drive center to inspire and guide young children through engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. In this role, you will design and deliver curriculum, lead a nurturing and inclusive classroom, and partner closely with families to support each child’s growth. You will ensure a safe, healthy environment that meets licensing standards while modeling best practices and mentoring assistant teachers.
