Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Indiana or ability to obtain
• Experience in school-based OT, home health, or healthcare OT settings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Provide OT services to elementary students within the school setting
