Texas Licensed Medical Physicist

To support a busy practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Medical Physicist will provide on-site clinical medical physics support, collaborate with physicians, and ensure the proper calibration and operation of treatment equipment in the Dallas metroplex. Key responsibilities Provide comprehensive on-site clinical medical physics support for radiation therapy procedures Consult with physicians and technical staff regarding patient treatment planning and execution Determine and specify dosimetric and treatment planning equipment needs, ensuring accurate calibration and monitoring Required qualifications MS or PhD degree in Medical Physics from a CAMPEP-accredited graduate program Graduation from a CAMPEP-accredited Medical Physics residency program ABR board certified or in the process of obtaining certification Texas state licensure RAM license eligibility
