What a typical day looks like:Assist with robot path optimization and cycle time studiesSupport ASRS, AMR validation and mechanical improvementsAssist with vision system tuning and validationSupport safety interlock verificationParticipate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiativesAttend team meetings to support project work as neededStudent qualities we’re seeking for this Co-Op assignment:Junior/Senior student pursuing Bachelors degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering majorBasic knowledge of industrial robotics (robot motion, end-of-arm tooling, path programming)Understanding of AMR and ASRS systems fundamentals (navigation, material flow, validation concepts)Ability to perform cycle time analysis and optimization studiesUnderstanding of automation safety principlesStrong troubleshooting and hands-on problem-solving skillsPrevious manufacturing floor internship experience a plus!Co-Op Program Requirements:Ability to work 40 hours/week (in person) during the Spring 2027 co-op assignmentCurrently enrolled in 4-year accredited university3.0 GPA Application Deadline:Applications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
