Construction company located near Athens, GA is seeking a staff accountant. Duties include:
- Reconciling bank statements and balancing the general ledger each month
- Manages fixed assets
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist in budget preparation
- Prepare journal entries as needed for monthly closing process
- Intercompany transactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 2 years accounting experience
