Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, SOPs, validation protocols, and training materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, scientists, and quality teams across multiple departments
- Translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, usable content for customers and internal teams
- Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements with highest standards of accuracy and usability
- Manage multiple concurrent documentation projects using advanced technical writing tools and methodologies
Requirements
- High School Diploma with 6+ years industry experience, or Associate's Degree with 4+ years, or Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years
- GMP/GLP regulations and quality system documentation expertise
- Advanced proficiency in content management systems, DITA/XML authoring tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong technical documentation best practices and information architecture knowledge
- Experience with topic-based authoring and single-sourcing methodologies
- Excellent project management and written/verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in document control systems and change management processes
Compensation: $83,300.00–$125,000.00 base
