This position would lead all areas of creative marketing, including creating campaigns, leading regular photo and video shoots, making all assets and working with our sales team to create quarterly catalogs, must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite. The Content & Creative Marketing Specialist supports the Director of Marketing and the Senior Marketing Manager in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels. This role is responsible for creative development, graphic design, photography, video production, and content execution while providing support in email marketing automation and event execution. This individual ensures brand consistency across all platforms, produces high-quality creative assets, and applies performance insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness. The role collaborates closely with Sales, Service, HR, and leadership to bring campaigns to life and support company growth initiatives. Approximate focus areas Creative & Graphic Design – 45% Digital Content & Website Management – 25% Photography & Video Production – 15% Email & Automation Support – 10% Event Support – 5% Creative & Brand Execution Develop graphic design solutions across print, web, social, email, and events Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all channels Combine messaging and design to produce compelling campaign assets Maintain brand guidelines and creative standards Manage printer relationships and external creative vendors Work directly with Sales to execute promotional materials and proofs Digital Content & Website Management Manage and update website content (WordPress, Magento or similar platforms) Apply SEO best practices and optimize content for performance Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product and service pages remain accurate Manage and schedule social media content Email Marketing & Automation Support Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with building and deploying email campaigns and automated journeys (HubSpot preferred) Support segmentation, testing, and optimization efforts Execute A/B testing initiatives and report on performance metrics Help maintain email templates and brand consistency Photography & Video Production Capture high-quality digital photography and video content Host and curate company photoshoots Produce and edit video using Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similartools Maintain updated seasonal and promotional visual assets Operate cameras, lighting, and other production equipment Event Support (Backup Role) Provide support for trade shows, customer events, and internal events Assist with pre-event marketing materials, signage, and collateral Support logistics coordination as needed Serve as secondary coverage when the Event Coordinator is unavailable Performance & Optimization Apply data and performance insights to inform content improvements Monitor social, email, and website analytics Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver on deadlines Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in content development, creative marketing, or digital marketing (ecommerce preferred) Strong graphic design portfolio across digital and print platforms Professional experience in photography and videography Experience with HubSpot or similar email marketing platforms Experience with WordPress, Magento, or similar CMS platforms Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (for catalog creation) is a MUST Experience with Canva or similar tools (a plus) Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content optimization Experience with content scheduling and social media management tools Highly organized with strong time-management skills Strong cross-functional communication skills Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset Reliable transportation required Core Competencies Creative storytelling Brand consistency Collaboration across departments Project management & deadline discipline Critical thinking and decision-making Ownership and accountability Work Environment & Physical Requirements Extended periods working at a desk and computer Frequent keyboard and close-vision tasks Occasional lifting of marketing materials or equipment (up to 35 lbs) Occasional work on shop floors or outdoor event settings Blaine Brothers, Inc. is an EEO/AA/Minorities/Women/Vet/Disability Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Blaine Bros Maintenance Inc
