Maintainer II
The Department of Public Works has an open Maintainer II position. The Maintainer II performs semi-skilled and skilled work in construction, installation, repair and maintenance of roads, bridges, parks, grounds and facilities. Duties include plowing snow, sanding roads, operating power equipment and performing heavy physical labor. A valid CDL Class A or B is required. Previous experience strongly preferred. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, benefit eligible position, and is represented by the United Public Service Employees Union, Local 424, Unit 49. Internal candidates will be given first priority.
