Mid-Level Franchise & Distribution AssociateDirect Counsel is representing a leading AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Mid-Level Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its nationally recognized Franchise & Distribution Practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters involving franchise, licensing, distribution, M&A, and general corporate matters.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on franchise, licensing, and distribution matters.Support franchise program development, regulatory compliance, and commercial agreements.Assist with domestic and international expansion strategies.Handle franchise-related M&A and other corporate transactions.Work directly with clients on sophisticated matters and assume significant responsibility.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in M&A, general corporate, and/or licensing matters.Franchise experience preferred but not required.Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage a demanding workload.Demonstrated maturity, initiative, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.LocationsAspen, CO | Denver, CO | Chicago, IL | Dallas, TX | Miami, FL | Washington, D.C. | Minneapolis, MN | Phoenix, AZ | New JerseyCompensation$215,000–$365,000, depending on location and experience, plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
