Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable, fast-paced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast and lunch items while maintaining speed, consistency, and cleanliness during high-volume service.

You will be part of a structured kitchen system with clear stations and expectations. This is not a “figure it out as you go” kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Bobbie’s recipes and standards
• Work assigned station (eggs, grill, pancakes, fryer, pantry, or wheel)
• Maintain ticket times and keep up with high-volume service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Keep station clean, stocked, and organized at all times
• Complete all prep work before, during, and after shift
• Communicate clearly with team members and expo
• Protect food quality. No shortcuts

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience preferred (but we can train the right person)
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to handle heat and fast-paced environments
• Must maintain a clean, professional appearance
