Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable, fast-paced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast and lunch items while maintaining speed, consistency, and cleanliness during high-volume service.
You will be part of a structured kitchen system with clear stations and expectations. This is not a “figure it out as you go” kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Bobbie’s recipes and standards
- Work assigned station (eggs, grill, pancakes, fryer, pantry, or wheel)
- Maintain ticket times and keep up with high-volume service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep station clean, stocked, and organized at all times
- Complete all prep work before, during, and after shift
- Communicate clearly with team members and expo
- Protect food quality. No shortcuts

Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience preferred (but we can train the right person)
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to handle heat and fast-paced environments
- Must maintain a clean, professional appearance
