The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media, creating compelling digital content, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance to identify new opportunities. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen the company's digital presence, expand its audience, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
• Manage targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, email, and other digital platforms.
• Leverage industry trends, media coverage, and executive insights to create engaging marketing strategies.
• Maintain a marketing calendar and collaborate with leadership on messaging, campaigns, and priorities.
• Coordinate with external marketing and advertising partners as needed.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage and grow the organization's social media presence, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn and B2B audiences.
• Create engaging social media posts, articles, graphics, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Edit and repurpose video content, interviews, and podcasts into engaging short-form clips.
• Utilize tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms to produce professional digital content.
• Monitor industry conversations and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.

Brand Awareness & Communications

• Support brand positioning, executive thought leadership, and public relations initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for media exposure, industry partnerships, speaking engagements, and publications.
• Assist with press releases, company announcements, and external communications.
• Organize and maintain digital marketing assets, including videos, graphics, and promotional materials.

Marketing Analytics & Lead Generation

• Track and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, campaign performance, and lead generation metrics.
• Utilize Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and other reporting tools to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Create KPI dashboards and performance reports for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns, improve engagement, and increase qualified leads.

Website & Digital Presence

• Maintain and update website content, announcements, and marketing materials.
• Recommend improvements to SEO, website messaging, and calls to action.
• Collaborate with external website providers on enhancements and updates.

Additional Technology Support

• Provide occasional basic employee technology onboarding support, including email and application access.
• Assist with routine user account requests and coordinate more complex issues with IT providers.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms, particularly for B2B marketing.
• Experience creating and editing short-form videos using Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, or similar software.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and campaign performance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Comfortable working directly with leadership and taking initiative in a growing organization.
• Basic technical aptitude and willingness to assist with occasional employee technology needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within logistics, transportation, freight, or supply chain industries.
• Background in public relations, media communications, or executive thought leadership.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.
• Experience managing website content through a content management system (CMS).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AI-powered marketing tools.
