Sales Account Coordinator 
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Mandarin Required
 
Location: Ontario, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: $26.00–$28.00 per hour + Performance Bonus
Travel: Approximately 15% domestic and international travel

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Relationship Management

• Support and maintain wholesale, retail, and direct-import customer accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Prepare quotations, presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
• Support customer meetings and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with account growth and retention strategies.

 
Order & Account Coordination

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounting, and overseas teams.
• Monitor order status and customer requirements.
• Proactively resolve service, shipping, and inventory-related issues.
• Maintain customer records and account documentation.

Product Launch & Trade Show Support

• Assist with product launches and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Create customer presentations and sales support materials.
• Support trade show planning and execution.
• Attend domestic and international trade shows as needed.

Reporting & Business Development

• Prepare sales reports and performance analyses.
• Research competitors and industry trends.
• Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Support business development initiatives and strategic projects.

• Successfully support product launches and customer programs
• Become a trusted resource for customers and internal teams

Qualifications
Required

• 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, inside sales, or related roles
• Fluent in English and Mandarin or English and Spanish, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel approximately 15%

Preferred

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or related business systems
• Experience supporting sales teams or customer accounts
• Experience with retail, consumer products or wholesale distribution
• Experience utilizing AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or Claude
• Experience or knowledge of pet products, pet supplies, pet retail, or the pet industry is a plus
• Passion for pets and an understanding of the needs of pet owners is highly valued
