Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to adult pre and post liver, kidney, pancreas, intestinal transplant patients.
• Float to various units within scope to meet facility needs, including alternate campuses.
• Administer required drips on all floors and manage telemetry and progressive care patients.
• Maintain accurate and real-time charting using EPIC systems.
• Adhere to unit-specific weekend and holiday staffing requirements.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care teams and utilize support staff resources effectively.

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required, NIH and CPI preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a large, urban hospital setting is mandatory.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting systems.
• Experience in dysrhythmia interpretation and management of cardiac drips.
• Prior Intensive Care Nursing experience or similar level in an academic medical center preferred.
• Commitment to floating as per hospital staffing needs.
