Take responsibility for identifying, developing, and signing new business opportunities in collaboration with regional sales, leveraging technical knowledge and Linde's technology portfolio.
Drive growth of industrial gases and equipment business through value-based technical and consultative sales within diverse industries such as electronics, steel, glass, combustion, aerospace, automotive, and environmental applications.
Acquire new customers and expand business with existing customers by prospecting, lead generation, market strategy, business case development, proposal creation, pricing analysis, technical sales support, and project implementation oversight.
Analyze markets, regional economic activities, competition, industry needs, and product applications to initiate and execute market initiatives and growth campaigns.
Monitor competitor activity and develop appropriate response strategies based on customer insights, internal operations, and Linde's technology advantages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, industry consultants, and vendors to support business growth.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales, research and development, national business development, applications, equipment, and customer service to leverage resources and achieve targets.
Participate in developing sales strategies alongside business development, key account, and sales personnel to align efforts and maximize results.
Hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or a technical field.
Bring over 10 years of overall professional experience.
Demonstrate at least 5 years of technical sales experience.
Possess a minimum of 5 years' work history in relevant industries or the industrial gases sector.
Be prepared to travel up to 50 percent of the time.
Apply knowledge of industrial gases applications within process industries.
Exhibit strong technical and engineering understanding combined with value-building capabilities.
Utilize well-developed commercial and business skills to drive growth and customer engagement.
