Job Title: Driver/Facility Worker

Salary: $17 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Maintain daily logs for pick-ups and drop-off of clients and related staff.
• Create necessary forms for documentation of maintenance, gasoline, and all other expenses on regards to the company?s vehicles.
• Report to Supervisor Facilities on all company vehicle activities, problems, issues and needed repairs.
• Provide delivery service to internal and external sources as directed.
• Deliver mail to Administrative Director for proper sorting and further delivery of department mail.
• Drive to various destination as requested by your supervisor and executive management.
• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the company vehicles.
• Provide a warm and pleasant atmosphere for all clients and/or staff.
• Establish and sustain a climate of mutual respect among staff and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicles in addition to the required inspection and registration.
• Responsible for having current vehicles documentation in the vehicles at all times.
• Support the facilities department when needed.
• Responsible for the accurate accounting of inventory/central supply including receiving, processing, recording and distributing supplies and materials.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a valid US driver?s license (State of NJ)
• Maintain required state auto insurance
• Comfortable working on Microsoft environment (word, excel, teams)
• Have good interpersonal communication and customer-service skills
• Must be able to physically perform duties of the position
• Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English.
