Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor - Arkansas (#1241) Responsible for surveying and assessing healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with CMS long‑term care standards. Salary : $72,000 - $80,000 per year. Schedule : Full‑time, Monday – Friday. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers, to coordinate patient care management. Make independent decisions and manage the survey process effectively. Set priorities and manage survey tasks both independently and collaboratively. Communicate openly about conflicts or controversies and seek assistance when needed to resolve issues. Requirements : Minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work. Completion of CMS’s Long‑Term Care Basic Training and passing of the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT). At least two (2) years of recent experience surveying long‑term care facilities. Current licensure to practice as an LCSW. U.S. citizenship.
