Front Office Specialist

A large client of ours is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join their team as a Document Review Associate supporting Corporate Trust clients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a structured, process-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Review loan and collateral documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Identify and research discrepancies, reporting exceptions as needed
Handle file processing and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
Maintain quality control standards and support client satisfaction
*Youll receive 2 weeks of training and will work up to reviewing ~150 documents per day once fully ramped.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Familiarity with computers and office equipment
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to gather and organize information efficiently
Nice to have:
Associates or Bachelors degree
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM CST
Pay Rate: $17/hour
