Case Manager

The essential functions of this role are as follows: It may require interaction with Family Case Managers, supervisors, and Local Office Directors to request and clarify information when making determinations. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time ns· - Data entry on social security for ms· - Complete social security accounting repor ts· - Scan social security ma il· - Customer service calls to SSA and DDB to relay basic placement informati on· - Email template SSI referral requests to FCMs, and forward received referrals to supervis or· - Manage SSI referral follow ups, sending emails for unreceived reques ts· - Mail school and medical records requests for hearin ts· - Submit SSN email requests to S SA· - Post-refund case research for additional benefit checks received in err or· - Respond in writing to SSA address and check notic es· - Monthly check audits to look for SSA payment coding erro rs· - Mail outgoing social security corresponden ce· - Social security overpayment notice review for accura #J-18808-Ljbffr ATC Inc
