divh2Disaster Restoration Supervisor/h2pMonitors and inspects tasks for restoration jobs to ensure completion of drying, demolition and various restoration activities. Prepares and reviews documentation to include notes, photos and documents according to company policies and procedures. Explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers. Supervises technician(s) assigned to the job ensuring safety and operational standards are being followed and met during active jobs./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliKnowledge of disaster restoration industry/liliRetrieves work orders, ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on truck needed for job, arrives to work site/liliCompletes assigned jobs according to company processes and carrier standards, maintains quality control, manages technician(s) assigned to job/liliPerforms daily monitoring and required activities on all active jobs to residential and/or commercial customers with a sense of urgency/liliExplains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers using printed materials as a guide/liliInterfaces with adjusters in person, over the phone, and virtually to resolve issues and answer questions about the loss/liliCompletes sketch and scope sheet for estimate, complete drying records using mobile software/liliInspects jobs after completion and obtains customer signatures for approval purposes, and requests payments when necessary/liliResolves issues with customers communicates customer issues, daily job activities with key company staff/liliPrepares and or reviews documentation to include notes, photos and have documents signed by customer according to company policies using software to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies/liliMay train new technicians or key operational team members/liliEnsure safety standards are being followed during all active jobs/liliValid Drivers License and satisfactory driving record/liliStrong verbal and written communication skills/liliStrong problem solving and customer service skills/liliMust be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines/liliExperience with entering data using a tablet or mobile phone/liliReport to work on time in a clean, complete uniform/liliRead and follow product label usage instructions/li/ulh3Job Requirements/h3ulliHigh school graduate or equivalent/liliValid drivers license and satisfactory driving record/liliGood verbal and written communication skills/liliRole models customer service expectations with home owners, adjusters, vendors etc./liliKnowledge of disaster restoration or construction industry/liliProficient with using mobile software to enter data/liliExperience with using Xactimate is preferred but not required/liliMust be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines/liliExperience in training and managing others/liliStrong problem-solving skills/liliCommunicates customer issues, job activities with key company staff/liliCertifications are preferred, but not required:/liulliASD Applied Structural Drying Technician/liliFSRT Fire Smoke Restoration Technician/liliOCT Odor Control Technician/liliWRT Water Damage Restoration Technician/li/ul/ulh3Physical Demands and Working Conditions/h3pIncumbent must be prepared to:/pulliMove up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects./liliStand and walk for extended periods of time.
