YogaSix Parsippany | Parsippany, NJ
YogaSix Parsippany is on the lookout for a high-energy Group Fitness Instructor with a passion for fitness and community. Join our welcoming studio environment where you’ll inspire members through dynamic classes that combine barre, Pilates, strength training, and group fitness. Key Responsibilities
- Lead dynamic classes that focus on strength, core work, and endurance.
- Utilize music, clear cues, and your unique personality to motivate and engage members.
- Teach body awareness, proper alignment, and safe techniques to minimize injury risk.
- Provide modifications and progressions tailored to various fitness levels and physical abilities.
- Build personal connections with members, ensuring they feel seen, supported, and encouraged.
- Foster a community spirit that keeps members excited to return for more classes.
- Participate in team meetings and training to master our class format.
Requirements
- Experience teaching barre, Pilates, strength training, or group fitness.
- Relevant fitness certification; yoga certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- A dynamic and approachable personality with confidence in leading classes.
- Strong knowledge of body mechanics, alignment, and injury prevention.
- A dependable, positive attitude with a passion for member connection.
- Availability for a consistent class schedule.
