Email Marketing Specialist

Grace Boutique is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to own one of our most important customer communication channels. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating beautiful emails, writing compelling copy, and using data to continuously improve results. This role is ideal for someone who loves the creative side of marketing but also enjoys analyzing performance and finding ways to make each campaign more effective. What You'll Do Part‑Time Email Marketing Specialist Grace Boutique | Niantic, CT Part‑Time | Hybrid or Remote Considered 15‑25 Hours Per Week $20‑30/Hour (Based On Experience) Help Tell the Grace Story What You’ll Do As our Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and analyzing Grace’s email marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include: Create and design 3–4 email campaigns each week. Write engaging subject lines, preview text, and email copy that reflects the Grace brand. Schedule campaigns in Klaviyo and ensure timely execution. Coordinate email content with promotions, new arrivals, seasonal collections, and store events. Maintain a consistent brand voice and customer experience across every email. Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue. Analyze results and make recommendations to continually improve performance. Assist with customer segmentation and targeted email campaigns. Maintain and organize email templates and campaign assets. Qualifications 2+ years of professional email marketing experience. Experience with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform. Strong copywriting skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience creating visually appealing emails using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Comfortable interpreting email analytics and using data to improve future campaigns. Highly organized and able to manage deadlines independently. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve productivity while maintaining brand voice and quality. You pay close attention to detail and catch the small things others miss. You enjoy reviewing performance data and using insights to improve future campaigns. Work Arrangement This is a flexible part‑time position (approximately 15‑25 hours per week). We’re open to a hybrid or fully remote arrangement for the right candidate. Occasional in‑person meetings at our Niantic location may be requested for planning sessions or seasonal campaign collaboration. Why Grace?
