We promote a strong work/life balance with a collaborative ramping period to ensure success in hitting revenue goals./ppWhat Youll Do/pulliManage inbound sales inquiries as well as outbound leads, offering information about our solutions and services to our prospective customers, guiding them through the sales process/liliMeet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs/liliBuild and maintain relationships with prospects and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and results/liliUtilize CRM to track activities, update customer information and report back on sales metrics/liliCollaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process and achieve collective goals/liliMaintain awareness of and ensure adherence to Zelis Company Policies and Procedures/liliUphold the Zelis IMPACT Values/li/ulpWhat Youll Bring to Zelis/pulli0-3 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or a related healthcare role./liliProven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets/liliExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written/liliStrong discovery, negotiation and objection handling skills over the phone/liliWell-built organizational skills as well as resourcefulness and consistency/liliAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment/liliIndustry healthcare and/or provider office workflow knowledge (preferred not required)/liliCoachability and willingness to learn are a must!/liliHighly motivated individual/liliBasic computer skills to include, operating in multiple tabs and systems, teams, outlook, basic Windows operating systems (Word, Excel)/li/ulpLocation and Workplace Flexibility/ppWe have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India.
