About the Company: Established mobile wound care organization serving patients across New Hampshire Collaborative team of

4 APPs and 2 Medical Directors Provides specialized wound care to patients in

SNF, LTC

and home care settings Focused on treating complex and chronic wounds and helping patients avoid unnecessary hospitalizations Providers are supported with

comprehensive wound care training Uses advanced wound care modalities, including

UltraMIST , along with other evidence-based treatment options

About the Position: Provide mobile wound care to patients throughout

Coos County Treat chronic and complex wounds in

Skilled Nursing Facilities, Long-term Care

and some home care Part-time position,

2-3 days/week,

Extremely flexible scheduling Utilize advanced wound care modalities and develop individualized treatment plans for each patient No prior wound care experience required -

wound care training and ongoing clinical support Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients who may otherwise have limited access to specialized wound care

Compensation: $90-110/hour Mileage reimbursement Flexible part-time schedule with potential for full-time employment

Job Qualifications: Board Certified Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA 1+ year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Wound care or Urgent Care experience is a

plus, but not required Must be comfortable working independently while collaborating with Medical Directors and the broader clinical team
