Occupational Therapist (OT)
This is a 13-week contract position.
Shifts may vary and include weekend days, typically 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with five days a week. Candidates should expect to float between a Level I and Level III Trauma hospital.
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist with multi-specialty acute knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a working knowledge of trauma care within 600+ bed and 200+ bed hospitals and demonstrate flexibility in their working environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using established therapeutic techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to patient needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
- Active Arizona license to practice occupational therapy.
- No hits on state license to practice.
- Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
- Travel experience is highly preferred.
