General Restaurant Manager

DESCRIPTION

Denny's is hiring immediately for a General Manager to join their team!

As the General Manager, you'll never be bored. You'll be responsible for working with hourly employees and restaurant managers to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. This will include but is not limited to manager scheduling, food inventory, training, payroll, and various other jobs. You will play a huge role in the growth of the staff, our relationships with the guests, and the restaurant as a whole.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
• Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively
• Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed
• Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
• Various other tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a restaurant manager
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes
• Great leadership skills
• Demonstrates ability to coordinate a team
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment
• Financial literacy
