Job Type Part-time Position Overview East Coast Metrology, a division of In‑Place Machining Company located in Topsfield, MA, provides precision measurement and calibration services to a wide range of industries. We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Office Administrator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative or accounting experience looking for flexible, family‑friendly hours in a local office environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with onboarding new clients, including vendor approvals, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), W‑9s, and related documentation Support Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing assistance and collections follow‑up Assist with intercompany and field invoicing Answer incoming phone calls and oversee front desk/reception duties Order, track, and maintain office supplies Coordinate shipping and receiving activities Process purchase orders and assist with scheduling as needed Support client and vendor communications, including required forms, surveys, and documentation Growth Opportunity This position offers a clear opportunity to gradually expand into additional accounting responsibilities, including payment logging, deposits, and AR/AP functions.
