Job Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:
- Help customers select and purchase vehicles, prospect for new customers, and more.
- Provide a clear understanding of each feature, option and benefit of our broad selection of import and luxury manufacturers.
- Create an engaging and trust-based relationship with customers by exhibiting transparency in all interactions
- Provide outstanding customer service during the purchase journey and ensure customers are satisfied
- Learn to be the best informed and demonstrate your passion for excellence with continued professional development
Job Requirements - Sales Consultant:
- Outgoing, e nthusiastic, energetic, goal oriented, and motivated to succeed with excellent customer service and communication skills
- A good work ethic, positive attitude and professional appearance
- A desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Second language mastery is a plus.
- Able to learn and operate dealer management software and CRM programs.
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- High school diploma
