Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with option to extend) OR permanent placement option

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

Shifts: Days, Evenings, or Nights (varies by facility)

Pay: Excellent rate including hourly + housing & travel stipends (for travelers)

What We're Looking For:

• Passionate and compassionate nursing professional.

• Comfortable working in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding patient care.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!

• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).

• Current TB test/results.

• Current physical stating fit for duty (within the past year).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents.

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs while promoting a collaborative team environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations.

• Educate residents and families regarding health conditions, medications, treatments, and discharge planning as appropriate.

• Help ensure the highest standards of resident safety, comfort, and quality of care.
